Sitting alone on the sandy beach
I look grudgingly at the sea,
Magnetic moonbeams pulling the waves
Along with my boat, away from the quay
I’ve firm hope it will come back
When the tide is low
My dream boat will turn around,
When the waves are rippling slow
I have to go beyond the horizon,
I would sail to eternity
Following my angel’s shadow
I’m in quest of divinity
Bewitching night and a magical boat,
Are the only things I need,
Don’t want either sun or dawn
Only with stars I would succeed
I have stars in my eyes too,
Though I am stranded ashore
Hope and dreams are my strength,
Tenacity is in my core.
