Meditation is a powerful activity
to focus our energies in
the right direction
Every day I drink a warm glass
of water with a dash of fresh
lime and take decisions
While playing marble in the streets
with my friends first it was
sorrow but later it gives joy
Some days, I used to run to catch
grasshoppers and baby crabs in
the green fields near house
My habit is to walk and run when
I get time through meditation
is a part of my life
Exercise for an hour builds good
hormones, which can fuel
towards positive things
