imagine a bell curve…
inching up the left side…
effort joining perseverance…
success marrying ambition…
the ‘animal’ ,balancing the ‘moral’…

at the peak…
looking down the slope…
elation at peaks conquered…
reflection on journey undertaken…
a time of ‘I own the world’…
and ‘ I did it !’…

the right side of the curve…
‘been there ,seen it all’…
inner peace pervades…
spreading like cool mist…
in a dense forest….

spare a glance at those…
on left side of curve…
age, ambition ,relative…
understand…empathise…support…enlighten…

(when the right slope touches the base…time to say goodbye ??? )…
