Letter From the Editor: Our Aim, Our Ambition for 2015

Dear Reader,

We have come far from our starting point in early 2014, we are entering this New Year with a renewed confidence and we owe this to your interest and support to our efforts. During this time we published poems, articles, pictures and cartoons sent by people from different walks of life and we hope we’ll continue to feature and encourage talented folks out there.

As a journal, we are a small team. Just like you we have daily responsibilities to carry out but just like you we are tying to take ourselves ahead. We are not a well funded media house but we have enough resources to get ourselves through. We don’t have a dedicated staff but we have contributors who are dedicated to their art. We don’t have a huge marketing campaign but we are doing just fine with our subscribers on Facebook. Though no one knows the future but we hope that we’ll grow, little by little, one step at a time. We do not expect a windfall but slowly and steadily we’ll strive to go ahead in the direction towards becoming a full fledge, self sufficient publishing house. It might take us a year, two, five or may be more but we have the patience and persistence to see it done.

Our reward will not be the end result but the association, the lessons and experiences we’ll gain along the way from your involvement in this journey. We are not perfect, we’ll make mistakes, we’ll stumble but we’ll learn and we hope you can forgive us. There is one and only important and defining part of our journal, YOU. And for that we are thankful.

We wish you very best for these coming 365 days and success in all your efforts.

                                                                 Happy New Year
