I Have Forgotten the Words of Yours

I have forgotten the words of yours/ I have forgotten the words of love ever whispered to me/ I have forgotten the first day of being together in rain/ I have forgotten the path to your door/ I have forgotten the woods through I walked to pick the memories of dust/ I have forgotten the first drop of your impatience/ I have forgotten when I last saw my love trampled under the wheels/ I have forgotten when I saw you in some other arm/ I have forgotten the ignorance you meted out/ I have forgotten those three years of sun and shower/ I have forgotten my first drop of tear for you/  I have forgotten the watch you gifted me on my birthday/ I have forgotten your impatience / I have forgotten how you really looked; now perhaps better in zone/ I have forgotten the first moon we saw together in the sky/ I have forgotten when I last saw you/ It was not the Goblin market / It was not the ramshackle tea stall/ I have forgotten every bit of yours/ I have forgotten the truth you told/ I have forgotten the lie that snatched the sheen of your eyes/ I have forgotten where I am/Now I am a solitude worshipper/ Manage to look out of the casement/ Count the stars/ And shy away from the moon!!
