They Lasted for a While

Dew drops fall on the tip of the fresh green grass,
Mildly sliding down, the edges fend it this time.
Fragility in a peril plight kills most of the time.
The way is paved with its harsh atrocities but it doesn’t seem to bother now.
Not a care in the world, it deepens more knowingly, it will subside.
The moisture is heavy, and the leaf abides.
It just got some more time.
They hold together the deepest secrets of the world.
Together they contain every wind and word, I hide.
