Silence doesn’t need
Any means to speak,
Or anyone to speak to
It’s complete in itself.
Silence amidst chaos,
Silence amidst noise,
Silence amidst crisis,
Conveys much more.
Silence has a quiet dignity,
That doesn’t seek attention,
That doesn’t seek affirmation,
That doesn’t seek any answers.
Silence completes itself.
It needs none in its world.
Silence in parts or whole,
Is its sum and substance.
Silence has a quiet intensity,
That doesn’t seethe,
That doesn’t splutter,
That doesn’t explode.
Silence rises from within.
A complete world in itself,
It pervades the entire being,
With quiet, calm, and peace.
When silence speaks,
It needs no words,
It needs no gestures,
It needs no expressions.
Silence is called deafening.
That’s the power of silence.
Silence is called golden.
That’s the value of silence.
Silence is the means,
And it’s also the end.
