The facts about our life, I jot down here.

The reasons for us to focus on self-care.

Nothing on the earth is eternally fair.

The perilous enemies can be the ones we care.

When we are bankrupt and are in need

Even our relatives won’t pay us a heed

They will forget all our good deeds

We did for them in their dire need.

If we work hard and gain prosperity

Everyone around will expect charity

People will surround us at high celerity

Giving us the bogus respect of celebrity

The one we love with our heart and soul

Will leave us lonely to achieve their goals

Forgetting, the amount of self-torture

Parents faced to educate them, and nurture.

When we lie in the ward, weak and sick

We hardly will have someone to care and speak

Once we die, the whole villagers will turn

To prepare our pyre, and see us burn.
