To Beloved

Hundreds of nights I haven’t slept,

My eyes strain, my body aches,

The images fall and my heart breaks,

Thinking of You!

You had memories to lap over but I had none,

So I built a cosy home with you, placing memories one by one,

And all of a sudden, You left!

Now I wait at the porch, trembling in fear,

Hoping you would return,

‘Cause this house is too empty for me

And the layer of memories burn.

I am trying to stop this Wildfire

But my strength upturns,

I had never dreamt of being left alone

In this house of ‘Saturn’.
