Ego feeds a man false self-confidence,

less becomes more, wise becomes evil,

when ego thrives.

A man’s incompetence is swallowed,

when ego begins to talk.

A man’s sense of humility is lost,

when he rides on the wheel of his ego.

Many a times, a man is blown off the road,

Yet, he hardly accepts the defeat,

unable to tame his ego.

It is absolute fun to watch a man,

dancing under the intoxication of ego.

The life’s music is distorted,

and rhythms lost, when ego is on stage.

Appreciation seldom speaks from a man’s tongue,

when a man is infested with ego.

A man who serves his ego,

Ploughs every good man’s soul and distraught.

Ego is a great enemy to self,

a man is trained to perform all ill actions,

In every sphere of life.

Ego blurs the vision,

and weakens a strong mind,

and sicken a healthy man.

Oh! When will a man free himself from ego,

to enjoy the virtuous life of a man.

When will a man realize ego as a self-created poison,

that destroys the creator and others.

Ego is evil, why dwell with it?

Ego is a poison, why consume it?

Ego is an enemy, why be with it?

Ego is deceptive, why believe it?
