If You Want

Call me naughty if you want

my pranks blink off and on

touch contours of your demeanour

make you elbow out hovering gloom

caffeinated insomniac state for sure

my quiet  tip toe akin to a danseuse’s step

reaches your writhing heart like a metaphor

splashes freshness…silences fanatic furore

Call me defiant if you want

but to my ardent pleadings lend a gentle ear

let the rustic fragrance of gone by while

spell wonder ..embalm core

assuage hurt and kick off a new start

Call me errant if you want

but this is my way to remain buoyant

I am like a loaf of autumnal cloud

ready to fade into oblivious horizon soon

leaving behind your fascinating world.
