Inside the new love die
My way begins on the other side
Become the sky
My life had a frantic running from silence.
I sit and I wait
For tomorrow unknown
I had got hopes and dreams
Known by me alone.
Step by step, I feel, I was getting near.
Day by day, I feel, I was getting weaker
Now I lie and wave
Wishing I had done it quicker
For tomorrow’s unknown.
It was true love
And was meant to stay
Like walking from a dream
It slowly slipped away.

Beautiful poem! Getting nearer for ‘tomorrow’s unknown’makes the poetess weaker but determined. Highly philosophical in tone ,the poem has many layers of meaning, depending upon the experience of the readers. All the best to Monalisa for her spectacular poems of this kind!!
