I grew up in a village
without the complexities
and luxuries of town life.
I lived like a hermit
yet dreamt big.
My lifestyle is sketched with
future of happiness.
The phrase ‘forgive and
forget’ is uttered by many
when it comes to doing deed,
we shy away from it.
I start my meal with salad
like cucumber and carrots.
I take plenty of drinks like
milk, lemonade, and fruit juice.
I take one bowl of papaya
or a fresh fruit in the morning.
I take three rotis or a bowl
of rice with vegetable,
salad, and yogurt in lunch.
I always avoid purees, samosas,
fried food, and hot chips.
I take two rotis, vegetable soap,
a cup of toned milk and complete
my dinner before 9 pm.
After all these years, I still need
a source of information in
other words and guidance.
As time passed, I realized that
nothing is permanent in life.
So, live the moment and enjoy
every moment of life with gratitude
