A Serendipity

I  wanted  to  be  left  alone

I  was  in  intense  pain

Trying  to  hide  my  tears,

I  came  out  in  the  rain

My  anguish  vanished  when

I  saw   myriads  of  Hollyhocks

In  awe  I  glanced  around  to  find

Dancing   magnificent  peacocks

My  heart  skipped  a  beat

At  the  sight  of  colorful  blooms

And  those  charming  regal  birds

Made  me  forget  my  gloom

The  sun  peeped   and  came  out

To  intermingle  with  raindrops

Weaving  a  bright  rainbow , before

It  dipped  down  the  hill – tops

Venturing   out  to  the  nature

Was  for  me  a  serendipity

I   have  found  a  magical  trick

To  remain  happy  till  eternity
